About Us
We are a local, professional and friendly Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) provider based in Beccles and Bungay area of North Suffolk. With our expertise, we provide homeowners, landlords, estate agents and businesses with accurate EPCs for their properties.
We mainly work in Suffolk and Norfolk but for larger projects will also work further afield in areas such as Cambridgeshire, Essex and London.

Residential EPCs
Commercial EPCs
We provide residential or domestic EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) to home owners or landlords. This is a report on the energy efficiency of a home. All residential buildings must have a valid EPC if it is to be rented or sold. A recent EPC may also be required for renewable energy grants or mortgage offers.
The EPC gives the home an energy efficiency rating from A to G, rather like when you by electrical items. A good score will make the home more attractive to purchasers or tenants due to lower fuel costs and carbon emissions. The report will also identify ways to improve the score.
Similar to above, but much more involved. These are for commercial buildings such as shops, pubs, hotels, offices, factories and warehouses.
Landlords and sellers must have a valid EPC before the building can be put on the market or advertised for rent.

HousemartinEPC offers services to home owners, landlords, estate agents surveyors and businesses. We are based on the Suffolk / Norfolk border. We are able to travel for larger projects.
